Viola Missouri Davis Fuller, 72, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family under the care of Hospice of Tift Area.
A resident of Enigma, Georgia for the past five years, Viola was a native and resident of Brunswick, Georgia for most of her life. Her loving and caring nature made her a great homemaker and caregiver. Viola loved the Lord with all her heart and was continuously speaking to others about His love for all. She was a longtime member of the Darien Church of God and she always encouraged her family and friends to attend church regularly to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In her spare time, Viola loved working with flowers and spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren. Her parents, Albert and Lois Davis, twin infant siblings and brothers and sisters, Villa Gordon, Mary Lou Gordon, Alma Toler, Morrine Caraway, Bobby Davis, Pauline Edwards, Billy Davis and Lois Gillis, all preceded her in death.
Survived include her children, Lois Fuller of Wilson Mills, NC, Dora Garcia (Juan) of Enigma, GA, John Robert Fuller Jr.(Kendra) of Apalachicola, FL, Dana Pavon (Roberto) of Apalachicola, FL, Joseph Adam Fuller Dublin, GA; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; father of their five children, John Robert Fuller Sr. (Wanda) of Edison, GA; one brother, Jimmy Davis (Barbara) of Brunswick and one sister, Margie Branham (Calvin) of Eulonia, GA. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members also survive.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Darien Church of God with Rev. Tommy Whaley officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church.
Interment will follow in Taylors United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Davis, Jr., Spencer Davis, Jason Davis, Billy Davis, Jr., Albert Edwards, Benjamin Rushing, Jimmy Gordon, Mark Gordon and Emmanuel Sanchez.
