Tammy Suzette Tootle

Tammy Suzette Tootle, 57, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Satilla Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident.

A native and lifelong resident of Southeast Georgia, Tammy was born on February 9, 1964 in Jesup.  She was an expert seamstress by trade who loved to sing and dance.  Tammy was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed getting dressed up and always kept her home in tip top shape.  She was known to be the “life of the party,” in many situations and she loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren.  Her parents, Carl Tootle and Mildred Dixon Tootle and her first husband, Bill Brannen, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her three children, Billy Brannen and wife, Luz of Savannah, Holly Brannen of Jesup and Robert Grover and fiancé, McKayla of Blackshear; one stepson, Chad Brannen and wife, Katrina of Jesup and five grandchildren, Nora, Stella, Athens, Alive’a and Blakelyn.  A host of step grandchildren and extended family members also survive.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.
