Sylvia Sue Reddish Robertson, 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at home under the care of Heartland Hospice surrounded by her loving family.
Sue was born on August 27, 1947 in Wayne County, Georgia to the late, Tommy and Georgie Lee Reddish. She spent her early years in Jesup before she met and married the love of her life, Larry Robertson, while he was serving in the military at Fort Stewart. Her favorite times were spent with the ones she loved the most, her family. In addition to her parents, her sisters, Johnnie Faye Drawdy, Louise Eidson and Della Mae Lloyd and brothers, Harold Reddish and James Colon Reddish, all preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of sixty-two years, Larry Robertson of Jesup; one daughter, Sharon Perry of Jesup; two grandchildren, Heather Robertson of Jesup and Christian Johnson of Foley, Alabama; one sister, Helen Winn of Jesup and two great grandchildren, Belle Strickland and Madison Johnson. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members also survive.
