Stephen Anthony Manning

Stephen Anthony Manning, 45, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Harborview Health Systems in Jesup.

Stephen was born on March 7, 1981, in Brunswick, Georgia, to the late Charles Monroe Manning and Earlene Kipp Manning and was a lifelong resident of Jesup. Stephen proudly graduated at the top of his class from the Police Academy, an accomplishment he held with great pride.

He was known for his kind and generous heart, especially when it came to his nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. Stephen found peace and happiness in the outdoors, whether he was fishing or simply taking a walk.

Stephen is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Kipp and Susan Manning; his sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Ken Cowart of Jesup; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
