Glenda Lynn Davis, 45, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at University of Florida Health Jacksonville.

A resident of Jesup, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida for most of her life, Glenda was born on July 26, 1977 in Jacksonville. Her work ethic was always second to none and throughout her life, she stayed busy working hard as a painter.   In her spare time, Glenda enjoyed collecting things, working on her truck and spending time with her beloved family.  Her father, Willie Sapp and her brother, Mac McHenry both preceded her in death. 

Survivors include her two daughters, Brittany Nicole Garcia and husband, Jesse, Summer Marie Blocker ; three sons, Anthony Eugene Blocker, Jr., Tyler Scott Blocker and Dalton Rhane Blocker; mother, Linda Orand; sisters, Wendy Fralick, Lindagail D’Ignazio, Annette Jones and Carla Morris and brothers, Willie Sapp, Billy Drury and Carl Sapp.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
