Fred H. Miller, Jr.

Fred H. Miller, Jr., 60, affectionately known by his family and friends as, “Freddy,” passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah after a sudden illness.

A resident of Jesup for most of his life, Freddy was born on July 17, 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida.  He was a tile setter by trade and he loved taking care of his chickens and spending time with his friends and family in his spare time.    His father, Fred Miller, Sr.; mother, Barbara Lane Armagost and sister, Angie Rolls, all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children, Michael Miller of Beaver Creek, Ohio, Joshua Miller of Brownsville, Texas and Heather Miller of Troy, Ohio; four grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah, Lailani and Arianna Faith Miller; two brothers, Terry and Scotty Miller and a brother-in-law who was more like a brother, Ernie Rolls.  Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members also survive.

Memorial services will be private.
