Frank C. Remacle, Sr.

Frank C. Remacle, Sr., 80, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Southeast Georgia Health Systems Brunswick Campus in Brunswick, Georgia.

Frank was born on July 24, 1942 in Rochester, New York to the late Roger and MaryAlice LaVersey Remacle.  He spent his early years in New Hampshire before relocating to Canandaigua, New York where he resided until his final move to Jesup, Georgia one month ago.  Frank was a truck driver his entire working career.  From cement mixers to box trucks and eighteen wheelers, he operated them all.  He worked hard and was extremely skilled at his trade.  In addition to his parents, his brothers, Ralph, Bill and Roger Remacle, Jr., all preceded him in death.

Survivors include the love of his life for the past forty-three years and wife of the past thirty-three, Janie Remacle of Jesup, Georgia;  three children, Karen Marshall and husband, Tim of Bath, New York, Frank C. Remacle, Jr. of Timmonsville, South Carolina and Joann Remacle of Randolph, New York;  three children he took in and loved as his own, Carol, Mike and Douglas Washburn, all of Jesup, Georgia; brother, Fred Remacle and wife, Pat of Virginia Beach, Virginia and one sister, Michelle Clark and husband, Forrest of Haverhill, New Hampshire.    A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members also survive.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in New York.
