Elaine Moseley, 63, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A native and lifelong resident of Wayne County, Elaine was born on July 11, 1958 in Screven to the late Conrad and Kathryn Wasdin Moseley. Her twin infant daughters, Gabrielle and Katrina Fulford; brother, Randy Moseley; niece, Mandi Dubberly; sister-in-law, Kay Moseley; father of her children, Joel Rocky Fulford and fiancé, John Robinson, all preceded her in death.
Elaine was a U.S. Army veteran and a former member of the Georgia State Defense Force. She worked for many years at Pump Pantry where she enjoyed light hearted banter with the customers. Elaine was a loving mother and whether they were wrong or right, she always stood by her children. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan who had attended many games over the years. She especially enjoyed the games when she was able to attend with her mother. Elaine’s greatest joys in life were her two granddaughters, Maddie Grace and Chrislyn Faith and her nephew, Konner Bailey. They brought such joy and laughter to her life and she took some of the best memories of those three with her.
Survivors include her children, Brandi Fulford of Screven, Roxann Deen and husband, Clay of Broxton and Joel Fulford, II of Screven; granddaughters, Maddie Grace and Chrislyn Faith Dennard; sisters, Jackie Moseley of Jesup, and Julie Moseley of Screven and brothers Hoyt Moseley of Brunswick and Scott Moseley and wife, Annette of Odum. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family members also survive.
Elaine was eternally grateful for her friends who stood by her through all the struggles with her health including, Dawn Pridgen, Regina Strickland, Carla Cook and Sandy Jackson. The love shown by her family was also great and Elaine in turn loved each of you. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
