Craig Wade Stephens, 54, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020.
A native and lifelong resident of Jesup, Craig was born June 21, 1965. He was a graduate of Wayne County High School and worked for many years at Georgia Narrow Fabrics and also as a carpenter. He was a Baptist by faith who loved the river and being outdoors. Craig always enjoyed a nicely detailed automobile and loved animals, especially dogs. His father, Merle Wade Stephens and his mother, Anita Sue Ratliff, both preceded him in death.
Survivors include his longtime devoted companion of thirty years, Pam Priester of Jesup and her children, Mitchell and Jerri and her grandchildren, Hunter and Zacarey; his two sisters and their spouses, Tammy and Tony Cash of Jesup and their son, Drake and Ginger and Greg Jernigan of Odum and their son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Chelle Collins and children, Logan, Avery and Allison and Craig’s half-brother, Wade Stephens. Numerous extended family members and friends also survive.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
