Byron Denis Anderson Obituary

Byron Denis Anderson, 52, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 at home after a brief illness.

A resident of Hinesville, Georgia for most of his life, Byron was born on December 19, 1971 in Kansas City, Missouri. He spent his early years in Overland, Kansas and later graduated from Bradwell Institute in Hinesville.  Byron worked several different jobs locally before taking a position with Stewart & Stevenson working on federal contracts with the United States Army and Corps of Engineers.  He traveled all over the world with his career, living in several different countries, eventually settling in California for a short period of time before returning home to Hinesville in 2013.

Byron loved working with his hands. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics and small engines and working on cars in his spare time.  Byron was friendly by nature and a perfectionist with his work.  His laugh was contagious and he cherished the times he spent with the ones he loved.

Survivors include his son, Aaron Anderson and wife, Bailey of Hinesville; daughter, Raegan Anderson of Hinesville; mother, Marge Moore and partner, Rey Torres of Hinesville and father, Denis Anderson and wife, Bobbi of Springfield, Missouri. His beloved canine companion, Treble and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members also survive.

Private memorial services will be held.
