June Smith Obituary
Ludowici-Jeremiah Don Smith, infant son of Monty and Amy Smith, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 in the Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville.
Survivors in addition to his parents are his sister and brothers, Gabrielle Smith, Tommy Smith, Ian Smith, and Teddy Smith; maternal grandparents, Beth and David Durst and Ted and Kim Bell, all of Ludowici; paternal grandmother, Peggy Smith of Allentown; great-grandparents, Vera Chapman Livingston of Ludowici, Donna Cramer of Forksville, PA, and Theodore Bell, Jr. and Carol of Wrightsville, NJ, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private graveside services will be held at Jones Creek Memory Gardens with Rev. Tom Gardner officiating.
