Jasmine Rinae Tolbert

Jasmine Rinae Tolbert “Jazz” was born on November 20, 2001 to proud parents, Kenneth Tolbert, Jr. and Bobbi Yeager in Toledo, OH. She passed to eternal rest on September 21, 2019 in Jesup, GA

Jasmine was a senior at Wayne County High School and was employed by Dunkin Donuts.  She was extremely smart and enriched the lives of all who knew and loved her. She was close to all her sisters and will be greatly missed.  Jasmine was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Tolbert, III “Trey.”

Survivors include her father, Kenneth Tolbert, Jr. of Jesup; mother, Bobbi Yeager of Toledo, OH; stepmother, Shanda Tolbert of Jesup;  sisters,  Amadika Tolbert of Linn, MO, Keyarra Gorsuch of Wauseon, OH, Kendall Tolbert of Jesup, Lilyonna Yeager of Toledo, OH and Kali Robinson of Jesup; brothers, Christopher Yeager and Donovan Yeager of Toledo, OH; paternal grandparents,  Ellie and Kenneth Tolbert, Sr. of Walthourville, GA; maternal grandparents,  Connie and Norman Yeager of Toledo, OH; great grandmother, Dottie Platts of Savannah and aunt, Shameka Kirk and husband, Dennis of Tampa, FL.  A host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members also survive.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.

Interment will be private.
