Screven-James Timothy "Timmy" Boatwright, 62, of Screven passed awayTuesday,June 19, 2012, at his residence.
He was a native ofGlynnCountyand had lived in Screven for 13 years. He was a painter in the construction business and a U.S. Army veteran. He was an avid fisherman and crabber who enjoyed time on the water in his boat. He was a member ofScrevenFirstBaptistChurch.
Survivors are his daughter and son-in-law, Shauna Bramlett and Chris of Macon; a sister, Darlene Boatwright of Athens; a brother, Dr. Jerry Boatwright of Brunswick; grandchildren, Harley Bramlett, Jessica Ryals and Jace Ryals of Macon; Uncle and Aunt, Jeff and Kay Darley of Jesup.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 25 at3:00 P.M.at theGeorgiaVeteransCemeteryin Glennville with Durwood Miller officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, June 25 from10:00 - 11:00 A.M.at the Howard & Jones Funeral Home.
Howard & Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
