George B. Hall

George B. Hall 56, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.

A native and lifelong resident of Jesup, George was born on February 7, 1963 to the late, George “Bud” and Dorothy Adamson Hall.  He was employed for many years with Georgia Narrow Fabrics and had worked at the Western Sizzlin’ in Jesup for the past thirteen years.  George was a faithful son, brother, employee and friend who loved watching NFL Football and wrestling.  His frugal nature allowed him to enjoy the simple things in life like cutting grass,  good fried chicken and fishing. George attended church at the Parkway Church of God.  In addition to his parents, his nephew, Jason Sikes, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his brother, Wally Hall and wife, Shirley of Jesup; aunt JoAnne Stafford of Hinesville; niece, Kayla Hall; great niece, Allie Ward and great nephew,  Madden Ward all of Jesup.  Numerous cousins and extended family members also survive as well as his beloved Western Sizzlin’ family.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup with Reverends Bill Harper and Hulet Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Private interment services will be held in Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.
